What's a review request page?
It’s a page we create that fits in with your brand which gives you a unique url that you can share with your customers. This dedicated review collection page allows visitors to choose which platform they want to leave the feedback on. (We suggest using Google as it helps you dominate local searches)
What platforms can I post reviews on?
We can integrate with Google Business Profile, Facebook pages, TripAdvisor, AirBnB, Google Play, Booking.com, eBay, Amazon, OpenTable and more. We also offer custom integrations for free.
Will there be any price increases?
Probably. But the price you pay when you sign up is locked in. If you sign up for £15 per month today, you'll carry on paying that price... even if you're still with us in 10 years.
Can I upload a list of bulk contacts?
Yes. You can upload a CSV file containing a list of names and numbers or emails of all your past and present customers. (Providing you have permission to do so)
Can I pull all my reviews together?
Yes and no. We can't shift reviews from one feedback platform to another, but we can collect all your reviews and display them in the software and in our website widgets.
Why is it so cheap?
We don't believe in long, drawn out contracts and overpriced, useless services. We want as many small business owners to get the most out of their review request campaigns without the ridiculous price tag. That's all!
Can I respond to reviews via the Software?
Yes. Once logged into the cloud based software, you can view and respond to all reviews and you also have the ability to share them on Facebook and Instagram with 1 click of a button.
